Lithographs by Motoda Hisaharu

In conjunction with the exhibition Hiroshige’s City: From Edo to Tokyo, in which his artwork is displayed, the lithography artist Motoda Hisaharu visits the Honolulu Museum of Art School for a week-long residency. During his residency, artist Yoshimi Teh will be assisting him in preparing, processing and printing his series of aluminum plate lithographs, as well as to act as a translator for the public and Motoda-sensei.

The public is invited to see the artist in action at these times: Feb 8–15, 10am–noon, Honolulu Museum of Art School Print Studio.
